Hi, I’m Dr. Linda Olson, a seasoned clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience dedicated to fostering healthy, conscious parent- child relationships. As a mother of three sons and two grandsons, I understand the profound impact of early experiences on emotional well-being and development. My own childhood, marked by witnessing domestic violence and tragic losses due to abusive relationships, has fueled my passion for creating safe and nurturing spaces for families to thrive. 

Inspired by my journey and the transformative power of understanding oneself and others through the Enneagram, I am thrilled to introduce Heart Cuddles - a unique line of stuffed animals designed to support children’s emotional growth and self-awareness.Each Heart Cuddle embodies the positive attributes of the Enneagram types, encouraging children to embrace their individual strengths and navigate their emotions with compassion and resilience. 

Through my work as a clinical psychologist, and personal experiences as a mother and grandmother, I have witnessed the profound impact of cultivating self-awareness and empathy in parent-child relationships. With Heart Cuddles, I aim to provide families with a tool for building deeper connections, fostering emotional intelligence, and creating a nurturing  environment where children feel seen, heard, and valued.
